I have used AA Customs on two occasions already for some electrical and AV work at my house. They were busy and not immediately available, but the wait paid off and they exceeded my expectations. Provided great suggestions, quality work, professionalism, competitive pricing and great experience overall. Will definitely give them a shot at the next project.Service: Installation

We contacted Alexei on the recommendation of our contractor a couple of years ago. We wanted whole house audio, WiFi, and a few other things in home. He visited the site and walked through it with us, listening to our requests, giving feedback, and presenting us with options to fit our needs. He was very detail-oriented and took great notes. After the meeting, he sent us a summary and a (very) detailed, competitive quote. We decided to move forward. There were a few delays with the project on our end, but Alexei proceeded with what he could and patiently waited for us to get back on track. Most impressively, he was never the bottleneck, and despite our delays, we never had to wait for him or his team. When the time came to perform the final installs, the AA team was fantastic. They were very respectful of the home and careful not to damage anything. Their cable management was impeccable and they used Velcro instead of zip ties, which I greatly appreciated. Attention to detail was also big... they made sure everything was centered, any flashing lights were pointed to be less distracting, no fingerprints were left, etc. Alexei took the time to explain the entire system to us and answer any questions we had. We love how it has integrated into our home and are very happy with the final product. I have recommended AA Customs to multiple friends and neighbors, some of which have used them. They thanked me for the recommendation and confirmed that the AA Customs team did a great job, start to finish.

Alexie is a true professional! We called him to help us with a home we just purchased in Atherton. We needed wifi connected throughout the large estate, as well as both indoors and outdoor speakers. Alexie was on time and his rates are competitive. His quality of work was immaculate. Thank you so much Alexie!!! We appreciate you guys!
