So grateful for Yoppy and Turner Techtronics! They were able to fix my family member's laptop screen after it came off its hinges. Yoppy and the lovely woman running the front desk were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They went above and beyond to walk me through the paperwork, double check my warranty, and explain their services. Great people, great work, great care, great communication, and great location. They will be my go-to team if I should ever be in need of another repair!

Yoppy at Turner Tech is amazing. First class company, environment, and repair service. My new Lenovo laptop stopped charging. I could have sent it back to the warehouse for warranty repair and waited weeks but I took it to an authorized repair center instead. Drove from Bakersfield to Burbank and it was well worth it. I waited comfortably while he fixed my laptop in 15 minutes! Thanks again.

I went in to get my Lenovo Yoga repaired under a Lenovo warranty repair plan at Turner Techtronics, and Yoppy, the owner, was so kind.
I had a fried CPU. He was very helpful and clearly detailed each step and made sure to confirm that I was okay with a factory reset if the repair came to that. Fortunately, it did not, but I appreciate his insistence on making sure the customer knows when that is going to happen, because an unknown factory reset can be devastating.
