Toluca Lake Health Center: Ferguson Dianna P MD

I've been a UCLA patient for a very long time and this is by far the worst location.. The lab on Alameda moved to this location and it is so nasty thrown together seems unorganized. Let's not forget to mention there is no actual RR in the space where the lab is you have to walk back out to the lobby with your urine cup. The RR was gross that same feeling you would get going into a McDonalds bathroom. The stalls doors where wobbly , the handicap door wouldn't lock. This is the closest lab since they moved from Alameda but I will not return!

The doctors and staff are good, but appear to be rushed off their feet. I have noticed a distinct decline since UCLA took over. I go back to when the clinic was built and operated by MPTF. It was beautifully maintained. I noticed today how run down it looked. Every where needed paint and upholstery. The lab had two temporary a/c units that looked dirty and shoved in. There was a time when there was a pharmacy on site now long gone. Most of the GPs I liked left when UCLA took over. The medical facility near St Joseph's which is UCLA is much better maintained. I almost felt the clinic was on the road to being sold. Sad

This facility used to be for Motion Picture people only and it was terrific. The minute UCLA took it over it went down hill. It seems impossible to get an appointment with my regular doctor, and the place is jam packed with people who were never part of the Motion Picture industry. It seems to me that they are clogging the system. We all worked hard to gain the privilege of being part of MPI and now we are second class citizens. This place should be the small privatized medical facillity as it was before. UCLA people do not belong with us and are saying terrible things about the facility in Toluca Lake.
