Toi Pinell, expresses her imagery through hair, beauty and fashion. South LA native, licensed since December 2000 and working as a top hair designer in San Fernando Valley since May 2010. Creative, proficient, ambitious, loyal, spiritual and people oriented. Toi prides in hair care and maintenance, and she considers her experience invaluable. Toi has had a passion for doing hair since playing in her Barbie Beauty Salon as a young girl. She currently also does special events, house calls, etc. as she works towards being recognized and respected as one of the best in this industry. Over the years she picks up different styling and hair maintenance techniques from various product companies, professional stylists, classes and trade shows.
