Justine is amazing!!! My hair turned out exactly as I had hoped. She took the time to ask me what I liked, didn't, height of where my highlights should start, my skin tone and what color would work with it. Very impressed and highly recommend.
My review is based on lack of professionalism by the stylist that I was supposed to see. I contacted Justine and she was very helpful in answering questions about the color I wanted for my hair and all that would be done, which I did appreciate it. I booked my appointment for April 15 at 10:00. Now, because she didn't have any sooner availabilities for Saturday I made my appointment very early on in the month of January (January 24th to be exact) so I wouldn't have any issues later on, gave the deposit and everything, and I believed that everything was fine and all I had to do was wait until April for my appointment.
