The staff at the Alpha Society made the tasks for arranging the passing of my brother and cremation process very simple and efficient. Erica and Sarah were extremely kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my numerous questions and concerns. I feel really fortunate that our family decided to use the Alpha Society to assist in arranging our final affairs for my brother that passed.

Communication and empathy were the high points of my experience with Alpha. The staff were responsive every time. My only criticism was the delivery of my son's remains, The USPS did not come to my door. Instead they left the box of my loved one at my garage door. On the ground in the blazing sun. Not very respectful.

Sarah and Erika were extremely friendly, caring, and very easy to work with. They made the whole cremation, etc. an easy process. Sarah was always available to answer any questions. Thank you!!!
