This is a family run business and in the same vein, my family is a multi generation supporter of Tate & Associates. Some of my earliest memories are of going into Tate's office with my parents and grandmother as they filed taxes. As an adult, I've brought my kids to the Tate office while meeting with Jerry's daughter Rae Ellen for tax preparation services. (Virtual appointments only since 2020- which I appreciate!) Full disclosure: in my independent 20s, I tried to use a different CPA for tax preparation and paid a crazy fee without much difference in my return. Julie is the BEST!!! The sweetest nicest woman you've ever met. She has been doing our taxes for years and always knows what to ask us for and what could help us save next year. We've recommended her to anyone who will listen and have about 8-10 family members now getting their taxes done here. She can get busy so book early.

Absolutely LOVE Tate and Associates! I've been seeing Rae Ellen years now to get help filing my taxes. She is a total wiz. I've changed jobs a couple times since I first started working with her eight years or so ago and she's always known how to maximize whatever situation I find myself in when I see her.She's also a fabulous person to talk to and her office staff/associates are super friendly. I was even told I still get to file lat year's taxes with her even though I moved out of state since I last filed! I truly mean it when I say you will not be able to find a better spot to get some tax help.
