I've done Tacfit for 108 sessions. (I'm new to it) My mobility has increased a lot. I have less pain in my body. I've gotten pretty strong. I put on 10 LBs of muscle. I like it. ?

I started training in the Tacfit program in March of this year. As a lifelong athlete who has experienced many different training regimens, I have to say that is the best organized program, with all the leeway for people of different abilities to integrate into safely and intelligently . The changes you will experience are not just physical, though they will be dramatic with significant loss of body fat and redefined musculature , but instead deliver a heightened sense of well being and self mastery which translate into improved functionality in our daily lives.
