My fiance got her hair colored at Rats Nest Parlor and she's never looked better! Claire and her team are absolutely amazing; the vibe is super upbeat and it feels like a tight knit family when I was in there. I cant recommend this salon enough!

Got Natalie's name from a mom group. I moved from Ohio 6yrs ago and had been going to my hair girl for 10+ yrs. She set the bar high. Have been disappointed in options in burbank because experience has not been very good. I am happy to report that Natalie will be taking over! She listened, was consultative, took into consideration my thoughts, and also shared hers. I felt relaxed and comfortable. Got right into salon "talk" like I've known her for awhile. Personally I'm trying to find ways to hide my gray hair and not go in for color every 4 wks. She offered a plan and I'm ready for the journey.

Claire is amazing! She is so thorough, thoughtful and professional. She is a total star at cutting hair, coloring hair. Customer service is great. Her place is so clean and well decorated. Customer service is great. After trying multiple places around Los Angels and Burbank, this is the only place I trust.
