I had a great experience with this plumbing company in Burbank. Samuel handled a big project for me—he replaced my old water heater, added a safety pan underneath, and moved it to a new spot so there was more space for the water softener in the utility room. He also put in a whole house shut-off valve for extra peace of mind. Samuel was friendly, quick, and kept things light with his sense of humor. He even went the extra mile by clearing a clogged tub drain, installing a new bidet seat, and swapping out some leaky faucet valves. the plumber who came to fix my kitchen leak was really knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. he showed up right on time and got the job done quickly without any fuss. jonah was very friendly, even took a moment to say hi to my dog, which i thought was nice. after finishing the work, he cleaned up the area and took the time to show me where my water shut off valve is and explained how to use it. since my condo is in a building with several other units that share the same water line, the plumbing company handled all the scheduling with the condo association for me. i didn’t have to worry about anything—they took care of it all. honestly, this was one of the smoothest...read full review

My home warranty company assigned me this company and I was very concerned after reading the reviews. But I was desperate and a tough cookie so I did not request a change. They called an hour after I submitted my claim of a hot water heater needing a repair of the pilot light regulator, per the gas company. Plumbing Aid came 15 minutes after they called me. Anthony was very professional, did not try to upsale. Repaired my unit. They had the part on the truck for a 10 year old unit. Excellent service. Maybe they read the bad reviews and made the change?
