“Harvey is (without a doubt) a consummate Photographer! Not only is he an experienced professional but he has a way of capturing a perfect photo at just the right time. When I arrived at his studio with my daughters, who were not in the mood to cooperate or have their picture taken, I was rather dubious that we would be able to have even one descent photo.
