Lenny & Archie did a fantastic job on our place in Glendale. When I got busy at work and couldn't do the job right away, and I called him to start the project up again, he insisted on coming back out to get another look. I was also busy finishing a job when they were painting, and they were very patient waiting for me to come outside to answer questions and pick paint chips. There was one trim color I absolutely hated, but didn't know how to change it (it was the wood rafters under the overhang and beams which supported the roof which the previous flippers had just painted "poop" brown to hide the imperfections in the rotting spots.
