Lenny & Archie did a fantastic job on our place in Glendale. When I got busy at work and couldn't do the job right away, and I called him to start the project up again, he insisted on coming back out to get another look. I was also busy finishing a job when they were painting, and they were very patient waiting for me to come outside to answer questions and pick paint chips. There was one trim color I absolutely hated, but didn't know how to change it (it was the wood rafters under the overhang and beams which supported the roof which the previous flippers had just painted "poop" brown to hide the imperfections in the rotting spots. Lenny advised me on a darker shade of the existing Trim color which I liked and had never thought of. Not only did that color work great, they even glued some of the rotting wood spots. I was also nervous about the porch paint since the flippers had used a terrible quality paint which peeled right after we moved in. He made sure it was sanded all the way down and advised on a durable "porch paint" which will last a long time. In addition he was friendly w/my little girl and my dog - he even came back to paint the porches on a day when we were gone as a family. He also touched up the spots I pointed out when we did the final walk through.
