I've given them enough chances, and I've had enough. They really don't put any effort to shaping your eyebrows or anything else . The only thing good is that there is no waiting.
This place usually does a great job but I went yesterday and the lady with the blonde hair did a horrible job. She did not shape my eyebrows left them worse than before. She is just there for the money.
Should learn how to run a business properly. Came in for a quick eyebrow thread and come here all the time. Was rudely turned away even though it was 15 minutes before closing time. Staff was present and no clients- there is no reason she couldn't do this before closing. She had the nerve to look at the clock and make up a closing time for "6:45." Never coming back. Horrible service.
