The only giving this place three stars is because ultimately the front desk staff was efficient and helpful and to be honest it's not anyone's fault except for the US healthcare system.With that being said, I went into urgent care today fed up with symptoms that have been persisting on and off for years that doctors couldn't figure out such as increased urine frequency, low AMH, constipation, bloating, and spotting between periods/during ovulation. Front desk super nice, went in for a foot injury/sprain. I came in with a walker and they offered me a wheelchair. Their wait time was 2 hours which I was fine waiting. The X-Ray technician was very nice and the young lady that took me to my room also very nice. Talia helped me out and gave me a doctor’s note for a week due to me not being able to walk. She let me know that if I needed my note/work clearance to be extended just to give a call which I have a witness that heard this verbal order. Been here numerous times for both my daughter and myself. When my PCP refused to give me antibiotics, after bloodwork clearly showed I needed it, I became extremely sick and went to Mend. Dr Anna is the best and treated me aggressively with the antibiotics I needed to get well immediately. She and the rest of the staff are extremely thorough, caring and actually listen to your concerns. Great location!
