I was in Burbank this past August celebrating my birthday when I realized I could really benefit from a pedicure. The last time I have had some professional TLC for my toes was back before the pandemic. I did a quick Yelp search based on location and Lotus was the salon closest to me. I called them to see if they had any openings. The woman on the phone said she could help me if I was able to get there within 10 minutes. I dropped everything and immediately started booking it over. I am so grateful that they were able to squeeze me in because I NEEDED it. I used to go to this nail and spa in evergreen park but recently moved so I started going to their new Burbank location. The staff is always friendly and there's not usually a long wait. I only had to wait once and it was a Saturday morning which was invisibly expected. Today I got a pedicure and a new set. When I cashed out my bill was higher than usual but I didn't think twice about it because I did just get my old set taken off and she did an amazing job. After an hour of being home I received a call from them. They accidentally charged me more than they were supposed to and told me they could refund it or give me a credit. Clean nail salon, nice manicurists working there. Reasonably priced! Nice foot massage. The best part was that they took me as a walk-in, which I think is hard to find in Burbank (and I don't often have the kind of schedule where I'm able to plan a mani/pedi ahead of time). I would return to this nail salon again!
