I'm a resident at one of the apartments for over a year now. For some reason, the bathroom sink backed up. And boy, was it very ripe! Picture shown below. I informed the management about the issue and acknowledged that it's an emergency, which was around, 1am. Hours later, they came in at around 12pm. Within 15-20 minutes they were all done. Just like that. I felt bad I forgot to remove the stuff from the sink so they could work underneath. So, I gave them bottles of water in return for their troubles. One of the guys signed "thank you" in respect since they knew I am Deaf. I was impressed! Oh, and last year in April, they came in to fix my kitchen sink while I was at work. One year later, no known issues at all! It's still working like new! So glad the management called Lanier's Plumbing. I'm keeping their business in my "Rolodex" in case I move out one of these days in the future! ;-) Thanks, Lanier's Plumbing! You're all awesome!
