What a super nice, altruistic, and helpful mechanics here! I was having idle problems with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I tried to fix it. Although I had never been there, I finally called Burbank Auto Doctor to make an appointment. Instead, they told me right over the phone how to fix the problem myself! I fixed it myself with his intructions. If I had gone to OTHER mechanics, they might have charged me $500 for the two minutes work. Thank you again, Burbank Auto Doctor! I will definitely be bringing my car to you in the future.
I transferred over to this shop to follow Mike after Burbank Auto Doctor changed ownership. Mike and Ben were always fantastic to work with at BAD, provided honest estimates, were flexible with scheduling, did great work, and were trustworthy to deal with. Always enjoyed chatting with them and shooting the breeze, and it was just a generally great experience every time. Fast forward to now at LA German and Japanese Imports, and the great service continues. I've had work done on my old car here multiple times and they've always taken care of me. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service when needed and highly recommend them.
