This company is good at doing inferior and incomplete work, shirking responsibility, inflating prices and not calling back. Hostile phone attitude.

I'm a plumbing contractor and the sewage mess in not the plumbing contractor responsibility of cleaning up the mess only happens when your system is failing we do not clean messed as the customer is responsible for contracting a hazmat clean up crew jetting usually is done by 1 fixture and distance additional fixture and distance does charge extra and yes for the most part it does take more time to fill up the tank and arrange the hose then it does to jet I hope the help the 2 - reviews and future customers that will hire any sewer contractor Also I've been dealing with Mark for years jetters only have only the top notch guys and a top notch service

Guys at Jetters Only came out 3 times to our Condo and left a job incomplete all 3 times. Thanks to our surveillance we noted them completely ignoring the clean outs that they were hired to jet out. In one occurrence you clearly see them hovering over a huge mess they made just a few days before, only to walk away from it as if it wasn't even there. Terrible. Do not use their services for any reason.Hey Paul (owner), your initial service was on 08/20 and your work done was obviously insufficient and your guys weren't even there 6 hours that you were paid for.
