Michael was super thorough in communication and in explanation of all of our necessary repairs. He was very friendly, personable, but also down to business. Superb work, attention to detail, absolute professionalism and integrity in a city where so many pretend to be experts yet know less than the minimum! Michael and his team repaired (more accurately, replaced the entire roof) our disaster of a roof in less than 4 days. The leaks were fixed, and we’ve had no issues since.
