I waited and waited for them to get back with me but after a few reminder attempts I'm giving up. I have no doubts they're good at their profession, but it's hard to be sure if somebody providing the service doesn't show up.

I have to imagine that the ownership, Sam, must be going through a very bad time. Despite being referred by a friend, and respected colleague, Sam took my call, but then paused the conversation stating he was in the middle of lunch, and could I please call them back in 20 minutes. He asked I give him a few minutes to research my computer, and to please call him back “anytime after 20 minutes” that he’d be happy to help me.It’s clear in retrospect he had absolutely no intention of keeping his promise, tho it is curious that he didn’t simply say that he was overwhelmed with work. All he had to do shoot straight.Instead, he chose to simply say what was convenient... read full review

Sam is awesome and very helpful. Will be using him for our restaurant moving forward.
