The ladies are very nice and pleasant when I have used Great Clips. I will give it one more chance to see if I can get the correct haircut. I notice they pretty much use only clippers. I don't have a problem with it but I do need to get the correct cut so I will being a picture next time.
Disappointed they wouldn’t honor $15.99 coupon. Sign in store mentioned increased costs. Really? Then corporate should not offer the coupon if stores are not going to accept it.
The old Hispanic lady there doesn't seem to care about what her customers want. Whys it always Latino workers in this city that cause issues? They seem to be taught proper customer service skills. Too bad Sochi left she was cool.
