I have been here approx 10 times over the past year and 90% of the appointments have started over 15 minutes late. A couple times I was waiting 30 minutes. Each time they are not very apologetic and blame it on other customers being late but in reality the appointment to staff ratio is poorly planned. About half the stylists here are skilled and half are new and / or not great. For $70 getting a sub par blow out from a beginner who takes an hour to do a basic blow out is a rip off.
Overall poorly run, disrespect customers time and have many unskilled or inexperienced stylists.
I arrived 15 min before my appointment on a Friday late afternoon and I was taken to the chair fairly quickly. With my wash and styling, I was out of there in less than an hour. I was worried about parking but thankfully there was a spot right in front on the street.
I love this location. I always get a great blow out and the manager Nate is awesome. Vanessa is awesome and I had a wonderful woman with maybe red hair(?) omg her work was amazing. Her blow out lasted me 3 days with a little dry shampoo.
