I've been popping into the shop over the last year or two because I've been planning to remodel all of the windows and doors in my house. The showroom has a great selection of options for me to look at and the staff is nice and knowledgeable.Everyone in the office is busy at work and it's great how there is always someone that can break away from the desk to answer my questions.This company employs really nice people! Well another one of our Emtek door handles bit the dust after 15 yrs. (or is it 20?). As usual, brought the door handles to these nice folks and had a replacement ordered. Will be back in a week to pick it up. Their prices have gone up over the years - but if I was in an emergency and had to get out of the house immediately - would I rather have my wonky handle or a new expensive one? Yeah, that's right, pay the big bucks. Bonus points for being right next door to Costco.
I was looking for a sidelight to replace a rotted one at my home. I spent hours and hours calling ALL over Los Angeles, and most businesses simply wouldn't help me because I was planning on installing it myself. It was very frustrating. Then I contacted Designer Door & Window in Burbank and spoke on the phone to Dylan who was INCREDIBLY helpful with information, advice, AND he found me a sidelight that would work nicely. If you're looking for great and knowledgeable customer service, I can not recommend enough these fine folks at Designer Door & Window. Thank you!
