Felt like an assembly line. Arrived early but wasn’t seen until 20-25 mins after my appointment. Doctor did not even take a moment to introduce herself, was very quick and didn’t seem thorough. She put hand sanitizer on used gloves and proceed to touch the skin around my eyes. Gross. I got my prescription, which was the point of the visit, but I will not be returning.

Jeffrey Higashi assisted us today and was so patient and helpful! He was extremely responsive to our needs for glasses and making sure we were satisfied. Thanks Jeffrey, we will be back!!

Like the prices but like most, hate the slow service. Had an order that sat there for 2 weeks before it got sent to the lab. Lack of consistency in staff creates some problems. I was at Burbank Costco. If you aren't in a hurry, it's a great place to get your glasses.
