This optical center is amazing. They have a quick and easy check in process and a lot of employees working so not much of a wait. They really take their time with the customers and care about what they do! Erica helped me with some glasses adjustments and she was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my glasses. She even gave me tips to keep the glasses in the best shape possible. I’m very happy with my experience at this Costco Optical Center.

Costco Optical offers great prices and excellent quality. We have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Arnold has helped me, my wife, our kids, and even my parents with prescription glasses. Felt like an assembly line. Arrived early but wasn’t seen until 20-25 mins after my appointment. Doctor did not even take a moment to introduce herself, was very quick and didn’t seem thorough. She put hand sanitizer on used gloves and proceed to touch the skin around my eyes. Gross. I got my prescription, which was the point of the visit, but I will not be returning.
