I had to come in for my tooth pain, which had been excruciating for months. Turns out my nerve was exposed and they took care of me so fast. Not only was the procedure smooth, but they were very kind to me and helpful. The hospitality is so nice and they will answer any questions- no intimidation!

I am a patient of Arsen I want to say how happy I am their service everyone at the office is very professional , helpful and caring of their patients, Martha is amazing helping me every time I need to make an appointment or if i have any questions about my coverage or concerns if an emergency she sees what way to reschedule. I don't even know where to begin as I feel so lucky to have come across not only the best dentist ever in Dr. Arsen but to his Amazing staff as well. I have been going to Burbank Valley Dental now for a few years and I always look forward going to the Dentist instead of being scared or afraid. Martha and staff are always very pleasant to talk with and are more than willing to help out with any of your needs or concerns. The staff is always very accommodating to your needs when it comes to making your appointments as well as very informative and explaining in detail about your insurance and coverages and so on and so forth. They really make you feel at home and treat you as part of there family ever single time you go there. Now as to Dr. Arsen himself I'm literally speechless as to just how kind of a Dr. he is, not to mention of just how knowledgeable he is in his practice. He has never been one to just be so quick to get you in and as quick as he can so he can just to move onto his next patient. It's quite the opposite as he is there to not only help you with your dental needs but also takes the time to talk and listen to you about anything you need to say. His techniques are little out of this world! Dr. Arsen is always so gentle to his touch as you literally never feel a thing. In the past I have had the worst experience when it comes to going to the dentist and having anything done as I have always been in pain while being in there care and always felt uncomfortable in the chair during any procedure. Quite the opposite with Dr. Arsen as I have always had the most pleasant experience with any procedure that I have had done. His work is absolutely incredible and one that makes you feeling most proud when you leave his office.
