Although it may take time to get an appointment for basic service, urgent issues are addressed promptly. Walter has experience working at MB and offers a cost-effective alternative to the dealership.
Most ethical, caring and expert mechanic I have ever worked with! He took excellent care of my 2012 E350 before gas prices on 91 octane combined with 17-22mpg finally put me into a Hyundai Hybrid..
Walter Mueller is simply one of the finest Mercedes mechanics in town. He is absolutely the easiest and cutest to work with. Be ready to make an appointment for service...it will be worth-the-wait!
We've been taking our older model Mercedes here for years. Walter is AWESOME! He's Honest, knowledgeable and reliable. It may take a couple weeks to get on his schedule for basic service, however, if there is an issue causing your vehicle to not be drivable, he will fit you in. Has worked at MB and knows the vehicles. Much more cost effective alternative to the dealership.
