Customer services aka staff is so polite and genuine. My highlights are basically everything. The arona as I walk through the door the soothing music that caress my spirit my favorite is lavender aroma therapy for my private safe secure room and I love the fact that I'm always asked, what temperature will I like today? What am I feeling today? Everything about this place is five stars for me it is truly amazing for my mental Health. Shout out to the owner for creating a safe place for me. Alhamdullah AD
