I am very pleased with my decision to have my dental appointment and exam at Dr. Shirazi's office. When I scheduled my appointment over the phone the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful, and they were the same exact way in person when I came into the office for my appointment. The office staff, the X-ray tech and the doctor greeted me with a smile, and they were all very nice and attentive. I was so nervous about my procedure bcus I just don't take care of my teeth as I should, but I was put at ease by Dr, Shirazi explaining the process to me and checking on me throughout the procedure to be sure I was comfortable. That was so appreciated! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here and experience great customer service and great dental care!
if your health is important for you do not go over there Dr shirazi is complete lunatic.they are taking advantage of people that need health care with the California LA Care.do not sign any of the paperwork they give you at the beginning on their computer actually over there.if you read the fine print it say that they do not responsible if they will cause you damage or even kill you.do you know you're getting in while you are in pain and your insurance company approved them to do the work.then the girl working there will get into the room and ask you for couple thousand dollar to get the job done right.Dr shirazi broke two of my tooth on purpose while removing another and told me that you don't owe me anything.then they call the police on me say that I'm trespassing after I complain about them breaking my tooth.this institute is running a scam taking advantage of people using the LA Care. it cost me more than $10,000 to repair the damage he did and I will suffer for the rest of my life from damage to my jaw.I really don't believe this guy is a real dentist he probably purchased his license in his country.he have two location one in Burbank one in Glendale where his wife is working.so it is exactly the same deal over there please be careful.if LA Care send you to see a specialist over there, it is not him! he is using someone else's name in order to get the money
I had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. I was due for my 6 month check up. I just moved into the neighborhood so I was looking for a place I can keep on going. Let me tell you I loved it !!!! Dr Shirazi is the sweetest dentist. It has a beautiful view while I'm getting treatment. I will definitely be coming back!!!
