Nothing but professionalism. All employees I encountered have been polite, helpful and informative. Optomitrist accepted my choice to be glasses only, no more contacts. Glasses selection was plentiful and fashionable. Parking in structure, and I have found parking on street right in front every visit. Found them through VSP. My go to unless we move far away.
