Don’t get me started with the administrative staff. Horrific!!!! They treated me and my mother like trash. One girl “Michelle” was soooo mean and started yelling at me in front of my mother who was in her hospital bed. She’s 83!!!! If I was bleeding to death and needed hospitalization ( and I live 5 minutes away from here), I’d demand to be sent anywhere else but here!!!!!!!! Nurses were great!!! But not great enough to deal with the social workers!!! NIGHTMARE!!!!! To say the least!!!!
No one answers the phones??? I’ve been calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks trying to pay a bill. The billing company has told me to speak with the office except no one at the office will return a phone call.
