It was twenty years and two months ago that, with Ron Roth's assistance as my buyer's agent, I purchased a two-story house with Cape Cod architecture in a very charming neighborhood in the eastern part of Chatsworth in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. I owned that house for just over five years. Thanks partially to my ownership of that house, I now am truly enjoying my retirement. Ron is an excellent professional and I highly recommend him. I can't say enough great things about Brad. We spent the better part of 2016 together as he helped us navigate first buying a house followed by selling our condo.
