Excellent customer service and quality work. My Ford Flex lost its SYNC capabilities and the Bluetooth phone and audio did not work. Ford wanted to charge an arm and a leg but Al & Ed's pricing was reasonable and affordable. They installed something through the radio that allows me to take phone calls via Bluetooth. I also no longer have to burn CDs like the old days. The whole team was kind, friendly, attentive and Ruben was especially helpful. They also fixed a speaker that had a faulty wire. I highly recommended this company to anyone looking for efficient and top-notch service.

Called, told what I needed, went in, discussed choices, scheduled appointment, dropped off car, picked it up an hour early, no problems. They even changed some dash board lights for me.
