I had such a great experience at this Ulta thanks to the manager Deleine and Zoe at the front. They were incredibly helpful with a return after I had already tried two other stores, contacted my bank, and even spoken with customer service with no solution. Instead of just sending me back to customer service like the other locations did, they actually took the time to look for a solution and were knowledgeable and patient enough to process the return by manually entering all the details, which I had been told wasn’t possible. Big shout out to ALY today who gave me excellent service. I've been in customer service most of my life and trained by a very reputable company. In many cases I have found customer service not up to par. Today he was on top of his game,attentive, kind, helpful, multi tasking but mindful of the many customers. Aly made me really want to return and his great smile will be the thing I think of when I use the fun products he helped me with. Thank you Aly 🥂
