Just got these margiela heeled tabis new in box and needed to get them vibram soled before i started breaking them in. Super helpful, was about 75$ for this pair. I dropped them off on a Saturday and got them back the following Thursday. Cash only, quality work and delivered exactly what i needed. Thanks!
My first experience at the shoe hospital has been great. I brought in many of my high end shoes (Louboutin's, Jimmy chop, Dior, Gucci, etc.) that I needed fixed or cleaned. I should've brought them in much sooner, but I'm glad I did! I will definitely be coming back for future services and will recommend my friends and family to my new go-to shoe repair shop.
This business is located in a strip mall with easy access from a main road, with plenty of parking. The store is quaint and seems private or family owned. I took a pair of shoes in for the heel taps to be replaced as one was missing. The gentlemen charged me $20 which is due at drop off. In my head I was like $20?? But I needed it done. Gave me a ticket for next day pick Up. When I returned, I was in a state of "WOW"! Not only were my tips replaced, he had "brought back to life" my actual heels which had been nicked and scraped up a bit. It was then that the $20 was well worth it!! The reason for my 4 stars was the customer service. It wasn't bad, simply not the expected friendliness of greetings or professionalism. But, that won't keep me away- I'll be returning for sure!!
