Fernando, Miguel, Allan , Daniel and their Temps Jonathan and the 3 females were all hard workers! The end result was a job well done! Unfortunately, their power washer broke and the employee did the rest of the job with our hose . They came back out the next day to reclean those areas and it came out much better! They had positive attitudes and were friendly. I appreciate their help in the cleanup of smoke & ash from the Eaton Fire. Whatever concerns we had we brought to their supervisor Anthony and were taken care of. It the end it was a tedious job , and in the end it was very well done. ServePro did a great job for me following a water leak in my home. I’ve lived in my house more than 20 years. During that time, I’ve had a number of water leaks; some major, some not so much. This leak was due to a hot water slab leak. Remediation included drywall, carpet, and laminate flooring removal, as well as isolating the damaged area from other areas of the house and running a dehumidifier. I had a serious water leak in my kitchen that caused quite a bit of damage, and I called Servpro Buena Park after hearing great things about them. Alan Inzunza and his team came in and immediately put me at ease. Alan was incredibly professional—he explained exactly what needed to be done and answered all my questions, no matter how small. The crew was efficient, respectful, and clearly knew their stuff. They took care of everything—from drying out the affected areas to fixing the damage—quickly and with attention to detail.
