I've been coming here since i was 16yrs old. I'm 29 now, the service has definitely changed throughout the years. This last time they asked me to wait 20min for a pedicure. I waited 40+ min. And then they tried to rush my pedicure. They weren't really trying to invest time in cutting the cuticle and cleaning out my nails... but I asked for them to do so, i spend about 50min doing my nails and my total was 38+tip. Fairly charged but bad service.
It's hit or miss here. They are very polite, but depending on the time of day, they might rush, and if you notice any mistakes on your nails, they get very defensive. Most of the times it's a nice experience. If the man (maybe the owner) is there, they rush and are kind of pushy to get other services. I get my eyebrows done here and she took some skin off my eyelid the last time because that man was rushing her.
Paris Nails is excellent. I’ve been twice now for gel manicure/pedicure and a facial. All the employees are very kind and have the utmost attention to detail. They use demalogica products for their facials and it was extremely relaxing. I live in San Diego and wish I could come more often but I will make a point to get my nails done here when I am in town.
Stylist: Very kind, patient stylists who took they time to make sure each nail was perfect.
