Great experience with all of the staff. From scheduling, front desk, Optometrist and glasses selection. Everything easily explained, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional.
Dr. Nguyen is super friendly and I don’t feel rushed with my eye exam. She answered all my questions and understood my point of view about my hesitancy of changing my contact prescription strength even though I feel like I see fine through it. I don’t feel pressured by her to buy any extra things I don’t want to. She is great! I wish every patient has someone like her to have care for their eyes like she does!
We used Optometry on Orangethorpe for several years when they were La Font Family Eye Care and are happy to say that the same great service is still being provided. The staff is helpful and have been able to answer all of our questions to get my son his prescription lenses as soon as possible!
