Fast delivery, clean rental, very friendly staff (Patty is just a sweetheart) and the driver (Husband and wife team) remember where we had it from last year , prompt delivery & Pick up! I was planning a big 1st birthday for my daughter and wanted a Sesame Street jumper for a party in Downey. I called them and they had elmos world 5 in 1 still available. I booked, and received an email and text confirmation right after. I also received a text about a week before the event requesting I call to confirm. I called and confirmed immediately. I think I spoke with patty both times and she was awesome! They arrived exactly at the time requested and even picked it up a little later so the kids were able to jump all day until they left.
