I had an appointment for a 1 hour mini facial. My appointment was for originally at 12:30 PM and one day before Amy texted me to ask if we can move it to 11 AM. That was perfectly fine with me so I said yes. I arrived at 10:52 AM and I immediately felt so rushed. She told me to lay down and immediately started quickly slapping a scrub on my face, and wiping my face with a towel (not so gently by the way). A few minutes later, when she covered my face with a warm towel, she left for a while, I would say 10+ mins because the towel got very cold. She was nice as a person, I got my skin tags removed nicely. I wish she would go over price and steps including after care instructions "before hand". As the price was very different from when I called to ask, as someone a bit tight on budget, it was a bit shocking to take.

It's my first time getting a facial and I highly recommend this place. I've been breaking out here and there because of masks :( so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Amy recommended to get micro needling so I tried it out. I wish I took a before picture, but my pores were kinda big near my nose/cheek area. After the facial steam, massage and the micro needling session, my pores were noticeably smaller. I mean of course it's not all gone, but you can see a difference. Try this place out, it's a hidden gem :)
