1st Choice Fumigation

I'm the owner of a branch 3 termite company who uses 1st choice fumigation for my fumigation/tent jobs. We in the industry have many choices to sub-contract our fumigation out to. I've seen some that are good and some that are bad. 1st choice has always exceeded my expectations in several areas. I've never had to re-fumigate a single home in the many years that I've been doing business with them. A 100% kill record is almost unheard of in our industry. I used to use another who will remain nameless that had a 10% failure rate! This company takes the extra time needed to seal the tent correctly, protect the roof, solar panels, foliage, and the tent from getting punctured by sharp edges. Jose always addresses any issues with concern and takes care of my customers.

To Long Didn't Read(TLDR) Fantastic service, affordable, and great employees that answer every concern. Customer service 5/5 Quality of fumigation 4/5 (expect to see ants after according to exterminator it's normal) Cost 4/5 (had a different fumigator and they were going to charge us $1000 more vs this company) Earlier in 2019, we suffered a brake in and was a little hesitant to do a fumigations just under the idea that our home was gonna be unattended and open while the fumigations was gonna take place. The people that came to work to fumigate our property (Pablo, Gilbert, and Anthony) help put us at ease. Anthony seemed to be the person in charge of the group and help answer all of our questions and ran though the whole process. Gilbert also helped in answering all concerns I had about issues of security. He also told me a situation where as they were taking down a tent where a bugler was in a customers house. Not something I wanted to hear at the moment but good information none the less. He gave us tips and ensure that wouldn't happen to us. I had a language barrier with Paul but he seem very efficient with the work he did. All together they covered our home in from 12noon - 4pm. I was assured that it is normal for a covering process to be that long. They kelp the keys for the duration of the three days and two nights. After the 3rd day the tent came down and they promptly lock all doors after them and left the keys in our designated area we agreed upon during the first day. Currently enjoying a insect and termite free home and was glad that we chose this exterminator.
