A friend told me about 17medspa, and I made a next day appointment for my consultation. They were ontime with zero wait. I came in and spoke to Kayla. Kayla was super nice and helped me put together a plan based on my concerns and what I want as the end goal. Kayla scheduled next day appt for my 1st treatment. I've came back for 2 more treatments within the package I got, and everytime I got there, from the front desk, to my nurses who performed the treatment on me were very nice. The made me feel very comfortable, and even with the pain, they helped me prep myself and able to manage the pain easily. The results though, I love looking at my face now even though it's only been a week. I can totally see the differences already. I will for sure come back here for more treatments and recommend this place to family and friends. If you want to pamper yourself and feel confident about how you look, please give 17MedSpa a try. You will love them!!
17 Med in Buena Park, this location is top notch! The staff is friendly and professional. I had some stubborn abdomen fat that was treated with fat dissolving injections, with Yumi. Wow.. pretty remarkable, great results, thank you!
Been going here for the past 2 years and even recommended them to my sisters and friends. They have been great... but they can't seem to keep nurses here. I'd build relationships with one, and then they're gone. I absolutely love NP Jackie and now I found out she's gone too. There's no continuity of care which means you always have to explain how you prefer things. They also changed the consultant recently and the last time I was there had to go to the room trying to upsell me with things I didn't want. I think the business owners need to invest more on the clinical side (injectors) instead of the consultants. If you have good nurses/PA's, your customers will keep coming back. It's either they're not taking care of their nurses or they are getting pushed out. So many nurses have left including one that was been there for a while that's good with fillers. Please keep your injectors happy and please bring NP Jackie back!
