I have used All Star Heat and Air for the past 30 years in my home in Solvang. They are knowledgeable, kind and reliable. I'd absolutely refer others to them and will always use them for my heat and ac needs moving forward.
From start to finish, working with the Allstar team was seamless. Everyone, from the initial contact with the office staff to the on-site installation crew,was professional, responsive, and respectful. The entire process was smooth and well-coordinated. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. I highly recommend Allstar without hesitation.
I had a issue with my heater, called Allstar and they came out promptly and the tec Jesus was fantastic! He found the problem and went over my whole system. He was so friendly and explained the issue. It's so nice to have a tec so knowledgeable and efficient. This company is #1 in my book. I have told friends all about this company. I had some financial issues and they totally worked with me. Being a senior and limited income these days makes life hard. It's nice to know there are companies out there with understanding and compassion.
