Tim and his team are the best! We have two restaurants in SF and we use TRZ for both locations. They always take care of the issues quickly and for a price you can't find anywhere else. Tim has also gone out of his way to fix problems at our house no matter what time - day/night/weekend. Can't recommend them enough!
Ok, no one can't make this stuff up. Jim just answered our call on the day before Christmas Eve. We had a toilet clogged. He was straight to the point and made himself avaiable. In the meantime we were doing our home remedy- snaking the line-. Finally we got ti to work and did not use his services. Hoewever, he was outstanding in availability and curtesy. Thank you Jim, I hope your business is always blessed, Merry Christmas!
TRZ plumbing was excellent. I needed my water heater to be replaced, and Tim was able to come in on the same day and replace it while doing an *excellent* job. My old water heater was installed somewhat strangly and they moved/changed some of the pipes and fittings and provided a new stand. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided (and Tim was really friendly). I highly reccomend TRZ plumbing.
