Felt better and defrosted a bit just after my first 90 minutes deep tissue from Tracy ! Discover Spots that I didn't even know to roll on massage ball :-) so thankful to have found her !
Tracy is amazing! I had a wonderful first-time experience with a deep tissue massage! The quality of the massage far exceeded any massage I've received at a fancy spa. I will definitely be back to see Tracy and hope to make it a monthly routine! The office is also conveniently located in Brisbane, with plenty of parking nearby.
