My second floor bath tub was backed up and had still water for a day. I tried the usual tricks and nothing worked. I called Stellar Plumbing since they are local and in downtown Brisbane. Carter answered the phone and said he could come the same day for service in the afternoon. He showed up on time as agreed and gave me a reasonable plumber price ahead of time for the work. He fixed the problem and found another issue with my tub. He gave me a second quote and returned to complete the job. He was punctual, friendly, and clean. Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, they arrived right on time, and Lan was extremely knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend!

Carter saved us on a rainy day just before Christmas when our ejector pump started to misbehave. His expertise about pumps was invaluable and his dedication kept him working right up to Christmas Eve. His efforts were a huge gift to us.
