To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to clarify my concerns regarding the practices currently being used by J Style at Home, particularly by Janina. It has come to my attention that a significant portion of the kitchen design and related work is being outsourced to low-cost freelance platforms such as Fiverr and to overseas contractors.

While outsourcing can be appropriate in some industries, it is not suitable for detailed kitchen design, cabinetry work, or any service requiring accuracy, accountability, and consistent communication. Relying on anonymous freelancers creates a high risk of errors, miscommunication, and poor-quality documentation. It also removes the level of professionalism and responsibility that clients expect when engaging a company that presents itself as a specialist in this field.

In my view, this approach is far from professional and does not reflect the standards expected in the kitchen design and cabinetry industry. Clients should be able to trust that their plans and projects are being handled by qualified, accountable professionals—not by low-cost external contractors who have no connection to the job, the site, or the client.

I believe it is important for this to be addressed to maintain credibility and ensure the quality of work delivered under the J Style at Home name.
