First time at the salon at Ulta. I selected Autumn and it was an amazing experience. She took a good amount of time to details. She was friendly and best of all she has a beautiful voice! Make sure she sings for you if you are lucky enough to get her. She is a amazing!

I went in during the evening last week, The cashier at the front was very informative and very sweet! Thank you Mya!! I’m taking off a star because the store never has what I really need. The cashier apologized and offered to get it shipped to my house but honestly I didn’t want to waste her time. Another reason for -1 star is because while I was checking out with Mya , I was able to over hear the other 2-3 associates behind her talking about personal problems to one another. There was a Latino guy there working who was cussing so much and talking very inappropriately and sexual. It honestly made me uncomfortable. I went to ulta the other day and I could not find anyone to help me shade match it was ridiculous… I finally found a employee and she was so sweet I can’t remember her name I think it might have been Alexia but she got me right!! She recommended so many products to me and even let me know what was safe for my daughter skin. I’m going out for Valentine’s Day and I know my makeup is going to look ?? thank u alexia
