Potential Customers;After more than thirty years the developer installed HVAC system in my home died. Friends and neighbors had told horror stories of purchasing new HVAC systems however the thought of going through winter with out heat gave me chills. I started asking around town and looking for recommendinations, well I heard more, "Don't use _X_" than I heard I positive recommendations. Called on a Saturday because my HVAC stopped cooling and was just blowing hot air, fully expecting to not get a call back until Monday or Tuesday. But Patrick Sexton called me back that day, he came the next day (Sunday - which was also Father's Day) and was able to diagnose and repair my unit in 20 minutes. Not only was Patrick courteous and expedient he didn't try to gouge me for it being a Sunday. He was so kind I highly recommend him, and will use him for all my HVAC needs.
